REGISTRATION

Space in each class is limited. Early registration helps ensure each class session or workshop will be held. Workshops or 4 week class sessions without sufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Students will receive a full refund in the event that ArtWorks Chattanooga cancels a workshop or 4 week class.

To register for a 4 week class:

Print and fill out the 4 week class registration form. Call 770.235.1156 to select class day and time. The credit card on the registration will be charged the full tuition. If paying by check, remit full tuition, made payable to ArtWorks Chattanooga along with the registration form. Mail to: ArtWorks Chattanooga . 3804 St. Elmo Avenue .  Suite 102 . To register for a workshop by phone:

Call 770.235.1156 and have your Visa or MasterCard available.

Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis with a deposit. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be submitted at the time of registration. Your deposit and completed registration form will hold your place in the workshop. Registration form must be completed properly, as the credit card on file will be charged the deposit amount when the registration form is received.  The remaining balance will be charged sixty (60) days from the workshop start date. Confirmation will be emailed to you after you register.

Payment may be made by check but must be for the total workshop tuition. Make checks payable to ArtWorks Chattanooga and mail to the above address along with your registration form.

A waiting list is established when a workshop or class fills all available spaces. If someone cancels, the next person on the list will be notified. A deposit is not required to be on the wait list, but once notified, the entire tuition is due.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 

Cancellations must be in writing. Regular mail or email is acceptable. Please call ArtWorks Chattanooga prior to registering if you have questions about the cancellation and refund policies.

A refund of 50% of the fully paid price of the workshop will be issued with a forty-five (45) day written notice. A 25% refund will be issued with a thirty (30) day written notice. No refund will be issued within 30 days of the workshop.

A full refund will be issued with a thirty (30) day written notice.  A 50% refund will be issued with a two week written notice. No refund will be issued within two weeks of class. Students may be allowed to apply unused tuition within 6 months of registration if space is available. No refunds will be issued for tuitions paid by coupons or gift certificates.

Supply lists will be posted on our website along with the class description. Contact Artworks Chattanooga if you need a supply list mailed to you. Please bring all supplies on your list. Odorless paint thinner will be provided for students that will be flying in for their workshop.
